THE SETUP

More Sites Than Anyone Admits

Insurers grow by brand, by region and by acquisition, and each one arrives with its own website. A few years in there are a dozen sites, three ways of writing a product page, and a disclosure that is current on some of them and not on others.

Roughly half of our work is in healthcare, insurance and financial services. We have unified regional insurance sites onto one platform: for Quebec Blue Cross, the Québec and Ontario sites now run on one CMS, built to take every future subsidiary as well. We work inside insurers’ own teams on long-term retainers, so the governance still holds years after launch.

WHAT MAKES IT HARD

Four Things That Are True In Every Insurance Engagement

01

Product Content Is Regulated Content

Coverage descriptions, rates and disclosures change by province, state and product. The platform has to know which version is live where, and who approved it.

02

Brands Multiply

Acquisitions, partner brands and regional entities each arrive with a site of their own. A shared content model and shared components are what stop them turning into separate platforms.

03

The Quote Is The Conversion

Quote and claims flows lean on rating engines, CRMs and policy systems. When an integration breaks, sales stop, so it has to keep working after the launch team has moved on.

04

Bilingual Is The Baseline

In Canada every page ships in English and French, and many insurers add more. Translation has to be part of the publishing workflow, not a spreadsheet beside it.

WHAT WE BUILD

Where We Spend Our Time In Insurance

Broker & Policyholder Portals

Authenticated experiences for brokers, advisors and policyholders, built on the platform rather than bolted beside it.

Content Governance & Disclosures

Roles, approvals and audit trails so the right disclosure is on the right page in every market, and you can show who approved it.

Quote & Claims Integrations

Rating engines, CRM, policy administration and identity, connected through APIs that hold up at renewal season.

Accessibility & Bilingual Delivery

Built to the accessibility standard and shipped in English and French from day one, then kept there as the content and the team change.
